Army Birthday Celebration Planned for June 14

All veterans, active duty military, reservists, and guardsman, as well as military dependents and military affiliated students, are invited to join Robeson Community College in celebrating the 247th Birthday of the US Army.

The event will take place on the Army’s Official Birthday, Tuesday, June 14, from 10am – 3pm in the new Military Affiliated Resource Center located in Building 13. The event celebrates the Army and those who have helped defend our country 24/7 since 1775. 

Guests will enjoy cupcakes, camaraderie with other veterans and military affiliated students, and more. Academic and financial counseling will be available.

A special flag presentation by Woodman of the World to the RCC Foundation will take place at 10am.
