City of Laurinburg issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
The utility payment drive-thru window access is now open. The drive-thru window is for express payments only. Please come inside the consumer billing office if you do not have a copy of your utility bill or if you need to connect or reconnect services. Please see the picture below that shows the direction of traffic to follow to access the drive-thru payment window.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding to make the drive-thru window as convenient as possible.
