Columbus Regional Hospital and Columbus Regional Health Physicians are introducing a new payment plan option called CarePayment. This initiative aims to ease the financial burden on patients by offering 0.00% APR payment plans for eligible balances. The hospital emphasizes its commitment to providing compassionate care and convenient billing options.

Patients will have access to an online portal for managing payments, clear communication about their options, and the ability to avoid collections by staying engaged with their accounts. Eligibility for CarePayment is available if the patient or guarantor has a current payment plan with terms exceeding 12 months.

The program does not alter care plans, services offered, or affect any new charges, nor does it impact patient-provider relationships. “Our goal is to reduce financial stress and help people manage medical bills in a way that works for their budget – with no added fees, interest, or credit checks,” stated the hospital.

For further details about CarePayment, individuals can visit www.carepayment.com or contact the Patient Access Financial Services Payment Plan Team at 812-376-5315.
