On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Lumberton Senior High School standout Morgan Britt’s current college team, the UNC Wilmington Seahawks, won 5-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Rider Broncs.

The game took place at Boseman Field. This was their first matchup against the Broncs this season.

The Seahawks’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 4 p.m. at Max R. Joyner Family Stadium against East Carolina Pirates.
