“The previous chart shows the USs GROSS cost for the Gulf War. Net of reimbursements by other countries, as @kielinstitute said, we spent FAR LESS than on the Ukraine conflict. Germany contributed 3x MORE to the Gulf War than it has to Ukraine. S Korea 11x more. Japan 16x more.”
