On Friday, Feb. 14, former South Columbus High School standout Alanna Deal’s current college team, the USC Upstate Spartans, won 18-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Canisius Golden Griffins.
The game took place at Cyrill Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Golden Griffins this season.
The Upstate Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 3:15 p.m. at Cyrill Stadium against Canisius Golden Griffins.
