City of Laurinburg issued the following announcement on Aug. 13.
Our Sanitation Crews will be working on the SOUTH side of the city limits at or around Section 2 collecting both limbs and leaves beginning Monday, 8/16/21. Our yard waste route starts on the South portion of the city limits, then moves to the West portion, then to the North portion and back around to the East portion. Once the East portion is complete, we immediately begin again on the South portion and continue the cycle.
Our crews completed the last cycle from South to East in 11.5 business days (18 total days including weekends) collecting all of the yard waste. We are attaching pictures of each side with labeled sections for reference. If you have any questions or concerns about where you are on the route, please call Public Works at 276-2364.
