Bladen County Public Library issued the following annoucement on Sept. 16.
We are still beaming after a record-breaking Storytime attendance!
We had 12 happy little faces, plus their parents/grandparents, and we are over the moon! Our theme was “Truck drivers,” in honor of truck drivers everywhere who bring us all the food and supplies we need day in and day out! We read books; we sang songs; we shook maracas; we signed a poster thanking truck drivers; and we drew EVERYWHERE with sidewalk chalk!! Fun, fun, fun!! If you and your little one missed it, make plans to join us next Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in the courtyard!
