Robeson Community College issued the following announcement on Sept. 24.
Administrators hope that new and current students will ‘fall into’ RCC during the coming weeks, either to get a jumpstart on their degree or to fast-forward to the next stop in their academic journey.
A special admissions day called “Fall into College” has been scheduled to assist students in getting enrolled and registered. For individuals who meet the stated criteria, the college will recalculate their FAFSA/financial aid based on current financial circumstances, not upon 2019 tax returns.
Also, as a reminder, eligible 2021 NC high school graduates can still receive the Longleaf Commitment Grant, which essentially allows students to attend at no costs, tuition free.
