Of the 427 people living in Scotch Meadows in 2020, 54.1 percent (231) were women and 45.9 percent (196) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South North Carolina News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 11. In the 65 and over age range, there were 58 females and 42 males.
