Of the 545 people living in Old Hundred in 2020, 57.8 percent (315) were women and 42.2 percent (230) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South North Carolina News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 88. In the 65 and over age range, there were 40 females and 45 males.
