On Sunday, March 2, former West Columbus High School standout Triston Freeman’s current college team, the Barton Bulldogs, won 13-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Chowan Hawks.

The game took place at Hawkins Field. This was their third matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 2 p.m. at Nixon Field against Belmont Abbey Crusaders.
