Robeson County to receive grants from state Rural Infrastructure Authority

Gov. Roy Cooper said on Oct. 15 that North Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) approved 16 grant requests to local governments totaling $4,511,075, including commitments to create 530 jobs.
