Congratulations, Sergeant Jennifer Popynick for completing The Criminal Investigations Certificate Program through The N.C. Justice Academy. This certification requires each student to complete over 400 hours of extensive training in criminal investigations. This achievement takes complete dedication which Sgt. Popynick shows every day. Sheriff McVicker along with the staff at Bladen County Sheriff’s Office appreciates Sgt. Popynick and her unwavering commitment to the citizens of Bladen County.
