Congratulations to Robeson County Sheriff’s Office 1st Sergeant Bill Ward and Corporal Chris Mitchell on their retirement. We are sorry to see them leave but very happy for them and their families.
Many of you have seen them at the courthouse as part of the security and bailiff detail. Between the two of them, they have served Robeson County for over 50 years. Fortunately for us, both plan to return next year in a part-time capacity to continue their service. Congratulations guys.
